Shipping policy

We will try and make the delivery process as simple as possible.  When we have products in stock we will aim to dispatch on the same day and aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Delivery dates provided by us are only estimates, if we are unable to deliver your products within 30 days from the date of your order, you may choose to cancel your order and you will get a full refund.  

We will choose appropriate delivery methods. Small product(s) or orders(s) may be delivered by Royal mail and larger product(s) or order(s) will be delivered by our designated courier(s) and will require signature at the time of delivery. Product(s) will be despatched only after we receive full payment for the order.

When you receive the products, you should keep all original packaging and labels until you are sure you have the right product(s). You will be responsible for any damage(s) to the product which occur after they have been delivered to you.
