Thank you for choosing our cricket bat! We are committed to providing you with a high-quality product and excellent customer service. However, due to the natural properties of willow and the demands of the game, cricket bats are subject to wear and tear. Here is some important warranty information regarding your purchase:
Warranty Coverage:
Our new cricket bats come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, that covers manufacturing/ structural damage that occurs under normal use which include the following:
- Delamination
- Horizontal split
- Separation of the blade
The warranty does not cover:
While warranties offer protection against manufacturing defects, certain conditions and types of damage are generally excluded:
- Water damage or excessive moisture exposure
- Damage from improper knocking-in or lack of preparation
- Damage caused using either low-quality cricket balls, very hard balls, non-leather balls, synthetic balls, composite balls, or bowling machine balls.
- Handle, edge, toe or shoulder cracks from mistimed shots
- Regular wear and tear from normal
- Damage resulting from improper use, such as hitting hard objects other than cricket balls or using the bat in a manner not intended
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@rccricket.co.uk with your proof of purchase and clear images of the damage.
- Our team will review the damage and provide guidance on the next steps.
- If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the bat at our discretion.
